Q: Which brands do you carry? 

A: We update our assortment constantly. As of right now, we're an authorized retailer of Merrithew/Stott, 3B Scientific, Stark Pilates, Balanced Body, Milo Fitness and Shuttle Systems-- each industry leaders in Pilates, Cross-Training and Physical Therapy equipment. 

Q: Do you charge for shipping? 

A: Shipping is included in the listed price. You know how heavy Pilates equipment can get, so that's is a great deal! We don’t want any surprises at checkout.

Q: How long does shipping typically take? 

A: We ship manufacturer direct, so it depends on how far their DC is to your home. Typically, ground shipping takes 14-21 business days, but if we can get it to you faster, we will! We also offer tracking where possible, so you'll get regular updates about where your delivery is from when it leaves the warehouse.

Q: Do you offer white glove service? 

A: We do! Most of our Pilates equipment is pretty easy to assemble, but our delivery is curbside, so if you would like someone to help you get your equipment all set up, we're happy to help! Just send us an email at with the product you're interested in and your home address and we'll get you a quote! 

Q: I'm trying to decide which product is right for me. Can I get some advice? 

A: Absolutely! Just give us a call at 800-434-0853 or send us a note at with your questions, and we'll get back to you quickly with our recommendations. 

Q: I love the equipment at the studio where I take classes. Is your equipment the same or commercial-quality? 

A: Yes, it is! While we curate our assortments specifically for home use, we've added several professional-grade machines like Stott/Merrithew's V2 Max Reformer and Shuttle System's 2000-1 Deluxe Machine preferred by trainers, physical therapists and instructors all over the world. 

We know Pilates equipment is a long-term investment, and we want to provide you with exceptional products to help you create your dream home studio to enjoy for years to come. 

Q: I have a small space. Do you have compact equipment? 

A: Yes, we do! One of our favorite pieces of equipment for compact spaces is Merrithew's SPX Reformer with a Vertical Stand. We also offer plenty of wall units that help you get the most out of your exercise while maximizing the area you've got to work with. 

Q: Do you offer equipment for physical therapy and rehab? 

A: We sure do. Pilates was actually rooted in physical therapy. Joseph Pilates designed the equipment to take people through ranges of motion they couldn't do against gravity. We offer a great selection of physical therapy-related product. You can check that out by clicking here

Q: How difficult is the equipment to assemble? 

A: If you've ever put together IKEA furniture, that's about the level of assembly required, though we do make it easier by providing assembly videos where we can. The equipment can get heavy though, so we recommend two people to lift and carry so you can get your home studio exactly how you like it. 

Q: I'm interested in a custom upholstery color for a Merrithew Reformer. How long does that usually take?

A: Custom upholstery may take longer for delivery, but it depends on the color. Just send us an email at with the product you're interested in, your address and your favorite color choice(s) and we'll let you know how long it will take to make and ship it to your home. 

Q: I'm really tall. Do you have equipment that works for me?

A: Absolutely. We have a lot of tall clients or clients with a longer torso, so we do offer extensions on many of our reformers. You can specify that when you order, or you can contact us directly about the specific reformer you're interested in at

Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept most major credit cards and Paypal.

Q: Do you allow returns? 

A: Absolutely. We want you to be happy with your product. If you do decide to return your product, you have 30 days from receipt to do so, with the exception of 3B Scientific & Stark Product, which has a 14-day window, and Merrithew Equipment, which is typically made-to-order and therefore non-refundable. 

You will be responsible for reaching out to us for a return authorization code and you will be responsible for paying shipping & handling back to us. Additionally, we will assess a 35% returns shipping fee to cover charges per our terms and conditions.

Q: What if I want to cancel my order?

A: No problem. As long as the product has not shipped, we'll only charge a 15% cancellation fee if you contact us within 48 hours of your order (provided the product has not already shipped). If the product has shipped, you'll need to go through our standard returns process

Q: Do you offer discounts for 1st-time purchasers?

Q: I'm interested in ordering in bulk for my Pilates Studio. Do you sell in bulk or offer a discount?

A: We do! Just send us an email at with the items you're interested in, how many you'd like and where you'd like us to ship the product so we can get you a quote.
